New Premier Inn to land in Llandudno

Medlock has been appointed to add 27 new rooms to the Premier Inn on Llandudno’s Vaughan Street. Situated in the centre of the popular Welsh tourist town, the new Premier Inn will provide much-needed accommodation for the area and a selection of new restaurants.

The new plans include the conversion of floor space originally intended for 2 restaurants into 27 new rooms, expanding the capacity of the hotel by 40% and increasing the accommodation floor space by 64 square metres. 

Medlock will also provide a full fit-out of the on-site restaurant and install a new retail shell.
