Saddle up and ride out for Liverpool’s Gaucho

A touch of class has landed on Liverpool’s Water Street.

A city with a big reputation and a bustling hospitality scene, Liverpool has more than its fair share of great places to eat and drink. With the arrival of Gaucho, gourmets will be rejoicing at the menu of delicious food and drink now on offer at the Merseyside location.

Since 1994 Gaucho has been delivering world-renowned steaks and offering diners the very best dining experience that contemporary Argentina has to offer.

We’ve been working diligently at the Water Street location to bring the new venue to life. Comprised of a full fit-out and refurbishment, the project is now complete. Taking possession of a Grade II listed former banking hall, there was a lot of work to do to bring the new location to life.

The renovation doesn’t just bring the tasteful modernity of Gaucho to the fore, it also blends it eloquently with the heritage of the grandiose location. The new restaurant looks completely at home in the historic financial district of Liverpool and is sure to make a splash with those hungry for delicious food, fine wines and famous hospitality.
