Taste of The Orient for Haven

Medlock is delighted to be continuing our strategic partnership with Haven to redevelop guest amenities across their UK parks.

Over at their Thornwick Bay site near the bustling Yorkshire seaside resort of Bridlington, we have recently completed a dazzling renovation of a former café to form a brand new Chopstix restaurant that’s set to tantalize tastebuds this summer.

Our scope of work saw us strip out the unit and remodel an adjoining bakery space to form the Asian inspired eatery. Our team brought the space to life with a dazzling interior fit out that includes room for 36 covers alongside the Chopstix grab-and-go offering.

The new Chopstix restaurant marks the fourth holiday park opening across Haven’s sites with further concessions available at their Craig Tara, Presthaven Sands and Haggerston Castle parks.

In their bid to cater to all of their guests culinary desires Haven also enjoy similar partnerships with Slim Chickens and Papa Johns at more locations across the UK as they continue to invest heavily in the holidaymaker experience.
