Work begins at Singer Hall

Following fast track refurbishment projects for national student accommodation operator Mansion Student in Leeds and Dundee last year, Medlock is delighted to announce we have once again been engaged to deliver works at their Singer Hall site in Coventry.

A recent purchase from Coventry University, Singer Hall comprises 639 bedrooms set in individual two and three storey blocks just a four minute stroll to the main university campus.

We are currently onsite delivering an extensive refurbishment and remodelling of the existing accommodation to deliver a fresh interior facelift. Each unit will have new ensuite facilities and the shared kitchen and lounge areas transformed with all the latest mod cons.

Mansion Student pride themselves on offering their residents accommodation with a real sense of community and Singer Hall will feature its very own onsite hospitality team and run an exciting programme of events for residents to get involved with.

The accommodation is set to go live in time for the September 2024 intake of students and we look forward to detail progress later on in the year, crystalizing our position as a key player in the student accommodation sector.
