The Medlock team has completed the construction and interior fit-out of a new Premier Inn in the Black Country town of West Bromwich, just one mile from Junction 1 of the M5 motorway and opposite the Queens Square Retail Park.
Utilising a steel transfer deck and timber frame construction, the contemporary design features an external façade of rain-screen cladding, brickwork and render.
The innovative all-day casual dining concept ‘Cookhouse & Pub’ is located on the ground floor with a capacity to serve over 200 meals from its open kitchen and grill.
The project was completed in a timescale of 42 weeks for our client - Whitbread.
