Flat Iron pulls into Victoria
Medlock is delighted to share details of our latest project handover for Flat Iron at London Victoria.
This new restaurant marks the 17th opening for Flat Iron and their 14th in total in the capital alongside regional presence in Cambridge, Leeds and Manchester.
Located in the revamped Terminus Place with sweeping views of Victoria Train Station, the 140 cover restaurant spans two floors, featuring two bars and a striking interior that brings together modern comfort with vintage charm.
Our role in this project involved transforming a former retail space into a warm, inviting restaurant that would appeal to both commuters and tourists.
We worked closely with the design team to integrate reclaimed furniture, vintage cabinetry and a number of standout elements, including repurposed former mahogany fire station doors, to add a touch of history and uniqueness to the restaurant’s character.
With the restaurant now open, we’re pleased to see that the Victoria site is already proving to be a massive success, drawing in both local commuters and tourists alike.
We are thrilled to continue supporting Flat Iron’s expansion plans with the Victoria opening representing our third successful collaboration with the steak specialists.
