Victoria Mill

Medlock has completed the renovation of Manchester’s Victoria Mill, a grade II listed building with deep roots in the UK’s industrial heritage.

Situated on the banks of the Rochdale Canal, Victoria Mill was a functioning cotton mill until ceasing operations in 1960. Through Medlock’s expertise, it’s been transformed into a beautifully modern living space in one of Manchester’s most up-and-coming districts.

Finding a new lease of life as an eighty-five bed apartment complex, the slick modern look of the venue has been artistically combined with its historic features.
